An excellent pattern for fast and crystal-clear water. The trick of making the fly blend in, almost disappear, has proven effective worldwide. The grey hackles and wing give a camouflaged, lifelike impression that really works. Micke Frödin prefers this pattern for Iceland and the crystal-clear rivers of Norway's Vestlandet, and he believes it is best in fast water where the TTT can start the drift immediately once it breaks through the surface current.
