Purchase & delivery terms
Sportfishtackle.com is part of Söder Sportfiske AB with corporate identity number 556656-9447.
In order to shop at Sportfishtackle.com, you need to be 18 or have a legal guardian's permission. By sending your order, you have approved the purchase and our purchase conditions. VAT is included in all prices (except in the case of sales outside the EU ie North America, Norway, Switzerland and Åland islands), but shipping costs will be added where applicable. Shipping cost will be shown in the check-out.
Card payment
For customers outside Sweden, we use DIBS internet and 3D Secure which is the standard that Visa/Mastercard has jointly developed and which is the safest payment method over the internet today. When selling via a debit/credit card, the terms and conditions will begin to apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved. No extra fee is charged for card payment.
Paypal
Some of foreign customers can pay via Paypal's payment service, here we charge a fee of 39 SEK.
Klarna
Some of foreign customers can pay with Klarnas checkout.
Unclaimed packages
For goods that you as a customer do not redeem, we charge a cost for shipping, return shipping and handling totaling 40 EURO. In the case of bulky shipments, extra shipping costs of 30 EURO (a total of 70 EURO) will also be added.
Deliveries
For deliveries, we cooperate with different shipping forwarders. We can normally send your order within 1-2 business days, which means that you as a customer should get what you ordered within 2-5 business days. At holidays, high season and occasions such as Black Friday, deliveries can take a few days extra.
Return Policy
We at Söder Sportfiske want you to be happy with what you buy from us and apply 30 day exchange right*. Returned goods purchased on our webshop must be in unbroken packaging and in the same condition as at the time of delivery. At the exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us.
ALWAYS contact us before returning via order@sportfiskeprylar.se. This only applies to returns within Sweden. For orders abroad, the customer is responsible for both return and shipping of new goods. The returned package should be sent as a company parcell.
*The exception to the right for exchange is personalized products or goods that cannot be returned with a broken seal. Examples of this can be a fishing reel which has been spooled with fishing line at the request of the customer, or opened packaging of worms etc. For special orders or ordering goods, there is no open purchase or exchange right.
Claims
For claims, you should always start by sending an email to reklamation@sportfiskeprylar.se. Describe in the email why you want to make a claim and attach pictures of the damage, also write the order number / customer number. Depending on the type of product and the damage involved, it can be solved in different ways. In most cases, it is our suppliers who decide what approves as a claim therefore we must get the damaged goods here and then send them to the supplier. The handling time for claims are estimated to take between 1-3 weeks, but of course we try to solve it as soon as possible. We send a return note to you so you can send back the damaged item.
Transport Damage
If a product from Sportfishtackle.com is damaged in transit, regardless of whether the damage is well visible or hidden, this must be notified immediately to the shipper or pick-up point and us at reklamation@sportfiskeprylar.se. A visible damage should be claimed the same day. Hidden damage must be filed within 7 business days.
Save all products and packaging so that the shipper can inspect if needed. You may need to submit photos on the damaged goods / packaging so document well. The sender, in this Sportfishtackle.com, is of course responsible for the shipment having been packaged correctly.
If the packaging of the goods has visible damage, it is important that you ask the delivery representative or the driver to document it.
Warranty, product information and usage
For all purchases Swedish consumer purchase law are followed and applied. This means that all products sold via Sportfishtackle.com or at our store Söder Sportfiske have a two year product guarantee. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, not handling errors or wear out. Further than this, Söder Sportfiske provides no additional guarantees beyond the manufacturer's specified guarantees.
If you feel unsure of the guarantee or the instructions included with your product, please contact us prior to use so we can help you. For further information regarding a products chemical make-up please look at the manufacturers website or contact our customer support prior to use. Please use all products in accordance with their intended use, we cannot take responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by the usage of the products.
Please note that some products may be classified as harmful or other according to varies countries legislation, please look up if this applies to your purchase.

Import charges & VAT
For deliveries to countries outside the European union, you may be subject to pay local import tariffs, VAT or Sales tax charges if your order is passing through your local customs office.
For deliveries within the European union (outside of Sweden) all customers are treated as Consumers (specifically in terms of VAT) unless we are making an explicit statement for the contrary.
Regress
If a customer regrets a purchase from Sportfishtackle.com and wants to return the products, the package must be unbroken and in the same condition as at the time of delivery. ALWAYS contact us before the return is made. The right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact us either by email or phone. In the event of a regretted purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. The returned package must be sent as a company parcell. We do not have the possibility to collect parcels from the postal services
We reserve the right towards any inaccuracies on the website, outgoing articles, misprints and final sales.
Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is saved by a browser and stored on the device used. The cookie may contain a variety of information depending on the type of cookie in question.
The purpose of the cookies used directly in Askås e-commerce platform is to improve the site. In some cases, cookies are a prerequisite for different functions and services to function correctly.
In addition to the cookies that Askås system uses, cookies from external sources also occur. An example of this is cookies from Google and Facebook.
An end consumer has the opportunity to influence how cookies work in different ways. It is possible to make several settings in a web browser and thus determine the use of cookies. Full blocking of all cookies or blocking of only third party cookies is possible. The customer can also adjust so that all cookies are deleted when a browser is shut down.
NOTE. Without cookies, some functions and services cease to function and thus it is not possible to make a purchase at all in the store.
Which cookies do we save in the store
Cookies regarding the user
Some cookies save information that makes it possible to identify a logged in user. These cookies are always set but they contain no information and they are not used at all in cases where a user is not logged in. These cookies work together to identify a user. It does not save an address, email or other types of personal information that can be directly linked to a person.
Cookies regarding the session
In all cases, regardless of whether the user is logged in or not, a session ID is saved that handles the client's session.
Cookies for the store
The system sets a number of cookies that form the basis of functionality and services that the store contains.
This is about, among other things, cookies regarding which language, currency and VAT rate used in the store.
Cookies that save which item group is displayed, display format and sorting order for the article group are other examples.
Cookies for Askås Leads
Askås Leads is a module that enables the e-retailer to interest the customers for marketing through e-mail. In order for this function to work as intended, a number of cookies are set when Askås Leads is activated. These cookies, among other things, save time when the user entered the store and they save the number of clicks that then form the basis for when Askås Leads is initiated and possibly re-initiated.
Cookies for subscriptions
In cases where a store uses a subscription, a cookie is added that is linked to the subscription itself. Only used when the subscription has been created by the customer.
External Cookie Sources
There may be cookies from external sources, in addition to cookies set by the system. Cookies for statistics, cookies for price comparison sites, cookies for advertising and other external channels.
In order for a cookie to be counted as a third party cookie, it is required that the cookie is placed on the third party's domain. A cookie that belongs to an external party but which is still placed on its own domain is not counted as a third-party cookie.
How long are cookies saved?
Cookies that is placed in Askås system are so-called permanent cookies. How long they are saved is determined by the timing that is set. For many cookies there is a 1000 days default, others are set to one year.
Use of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, we will store and use your information for the purpose of fulfilling the contracts entered into and providing the service you would expect from us. You have the right to get access to the personal data that we manage about you and you also have the right to request that the data be corrected or deleted. Force Majeure
Söder Sportfiske AB is exempt from the penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the omission has its basis in liberating circumstances as described below and the circumstance prevents, impedes or delays the performance. As liberating circumstance shall be considered, including government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict on the labor market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. In force majeure, government decisions include those that negatively affect the market and products, eg. restrictions on indication, warning texts, sales prohibitions etc, abnormal decline in the market and if the company has been subjected to criminal activity that affects the business.

Search results
When searching on sportfiskeprylar.se there are two rules for which products are sorted at the top, the first is that the product must be in stock, and the second is popularity/relevance which is based on how many others have searched for the product and then clicked on the product.
Reviews
We do not currently have a feature that double-checks that the person leaving the review has actually purchased the item. We rely on our visitors and customers to be truthful with their article reviews.
