Rattle chambers can be a trigger for strikes in fly fishing as well. Rattle chambers are tied on when you tie your fly or on your rig for pike fly fishing, for example. The rattle chamber makes a sound when you fish the fly home and you attract the attention of the fish at a greater distance.
