Smoker Chips

Smoke chips are what is used to create the smoke in the smoker box. There are several different types of shavings from different types of wood. The different shavings can give different flavour profiles. The most common is to smoke with some Beech or Alder shavings, but also Cherry, Apple or Hickory shavings can put an incredibly good taste in the fish!
