CDC Biot Comparadun Quill G #14

CDC Comparadun is the favorite pattern of many river anglers. Especially in size 16 and smaller, this is a fantastic 24-hour fly imitation. At first glance, the wing may seem a bit compact and violent, but it is clearly not a problem from the fish's point of view. Even on quiet river basins where the fish in theory has a very good study of the fly, it fishes very well. Another good argument for Comparaduns is that they can withstand water throws better than other round-the-clock imitations.

In a fly box, there will always be some flies that are more represented than others. It is a good priority to have plenty of CDC Comparaduns in the box - this is a real workhorse!
