The Go 2.0 water bottle with built-in filter is LifeStraw's take on a regular water bottle with built-in filtration. It holds one liter of water, and when the water is drunk through the “straw”, it is filtered to remove unwanted flavors and impurities. The filter is so good that you can drink water directly from fresh water sources. This means that on longer trips you don't need to bring clean water from home. Just fill the bottle, screw on the cap and drink.
- Food safety: The bottle meets the NSF 42 standard for chlorine reduction as well as US EPA and NSF P231 drinking water standards for bacteria and parasite removal.
- Environmental friendliness: The bottle is made from 50% recycled post-consumer plastic. In addition, with the purchase of this product, you give one year of clean drinking water to a child in need.
- Filters fresh water: Removes 99.999% of parasites, microplastics, silt, sand and contaminants, Removes 99.999999% of bacteria, Activated carbon filter reduces chlorine, organic chemicals and taste/odor
- Filter life: Approximately 4,000 liters of water (it stops working by itself and you can no longer drink through it)
