PENN

Otto Henze released the first Penn reels in February 1933, he designed them in his home on North Third Street in Philadelphia, USA. He sold the first ever reels to the Miller Auto Supply Company in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Penn is now owned by Pure Fishing, who have let the brand run on the same ideas they are known for, which is to make reels that last, you can almost see them as simple where function and durability are at the forefront.
