MOB+ Wimea
MOB+™ has set a new standard for both simplicity and technology when it comes to wireless deadman's grips. MOB+™ is designed to deliver 100% reliability while shutting down the motor immediately after the user falls overboard. The system and this basic package consists of two components, an xHUB™ and an xFOB™ that communicate with each other via the WiMEA protocol. The xHUB™ is the base unit that is easily installed in the boat and the xFOB unit is the part that the operator always carries with him whether by wristband, attachment to the lifejacket or hanging around his neck. xFOB has a standard button cell battery that gives it 300 hours of battery life. The device's battery status is indicated on the xHUB and it also warns when 10% is left. Generation 2 of the MOB+ has the ability to connect up to 4 xFOBs. Each xFOB and person or animal gets its own status indication on the xHUB device. The one that activates first acts as a stop unit and the others are alarm units.
