VATN Allround Taper WF Flyline

The shape of the clump and the front taper make this fly line both give really nice presentations with small dry flies and nymphs as well as handle larger flies without any problems. In other words, you can use the same fly line for fishing with underhand casts and small flies in small rivers as well as for fishing in lakes with streamers!

The fly line has been developed with a 3m long Handling Section that comes directly after the rear taper. The combination of the rear taper and the Handling Section gives you, the fly fisher, a clear sense of when the line is loading the rod optimally and provides increased stability when pushing the line away for both shorter and longer casts.

The VATN Allround Taper fly line is made with strong and thin loops at both ends that are made without coating. This ensures that the transition from the fly line to the taper slides as smoothly as possible through the coils, thereby minimising the risk of the line getting caught in the guides.
