Söders Starter Package - Perch Hardbaits

In this package you will find a mix of jerkbaits/twitchbaits, crankbaits, tailspinners, bladed jigs, lipless crankbaits and other items you need when fishing with hard baits!

The package includes two jerkbaits/twitchbaits which is a method that works all year round. Fish these over the grass or around baitfish to imitate a dying baitfish. A really effective method that catches both big and many fish. Fishing a jerkbait/twitchbait for perch is pretty simple, all you need to do is twitch the rod to get the bait to go out the sides. Make sure you always twitch into slack line, to get the perfect action! Don't forget to vary the pauses.

In addition to jerkbaits, you'll also get a tailspinner which is an incredibly effective bait when the perch are chasing baitfish. The spinner blade creates nice flash and good vibration. Fish it by just cranking or jigging it on the bottom. It doesn't really matter how you fish it, the important thing is that the spinner blade spins!

You also get two crankbaits, one deeper and one shallower. The shallow crankbait is a squarebill that is designed to bump against structure and floats up quickly. The strong buoyancy helps you avoid getting stuck on the bottom, if you feel things getting a bit sluggish, pause and the bait will float up and you'll reduce the risk of getting stuck. The deep running crankbait is perfect for fishing when the fish are in more open water, and is also suspending which means the bait is stationary in the pauses! Try cranking relatively quickly with pauses, the colder the water the longer the paus.

With the lipless crankbait package you can fish everything from deep structure to grass. Jig the bait, turbo-bait with breaks or just crank it monotonously. This bait fishes well if you feel the vibrations.
Don't be afraid to fish it over the grass or in some more sparse grass and give it a good twitch with the rod if you get stuck, that's when many of the bites come.

You also get a bladed jig which is a bait that creates an incredible amount of vibration and the risk of getting stuck is not big as the blade protects the hook. Don't forget to put a trailer on this bait. 

Also included in the package is a tungsten lure. It's not just perch that like these hard baits, pike love them too! With a wolfram leader, you avoid losing baits to sharp pike teeth and giving the pike a permanent involuntary piercing. You also get a bait box included so you can organize your baits.
