Hällmark Griddle Pan 58cm

The Hällmark hobs are available in several sizes, 48 cm, 58 cm, 78 cm and 98 cm. They are made of high quality hot rolled steel and the handles are made of chrome plated spring steel. The surface of the hobs is polished with sand under high pressure and then sprayed with cooking oil, which is heated into the steel at a very high temperature to obtain the best possible cooking surface and minimise the risk of rust.

The 48 cm frying pan is the smallest in the series and is ideal for smaller groups or to take with you on a camping or fishing trip, for example. It can be used over an open fire, on Hällmark's 30 cm gas burner, and it also works well when placed directly on the grate of a clay barbecue.

The 58 cm frying pan is Hällmark's most popular frying pan, the size is ideal for both smaller and larger groups and it is also easy to take with you on, for example, camping or fishing trips. It can be used over an open fire, on Hällmark's 40 cm gas burner, and it also works well when placed directly on the grate of a charcoal grill.
