Brusletto Tiur is a medium-sized all-round knife that was named Best in test in the Norwegian Friluftsmagasinet UTE 3/2008. It has a narrow conical blade with a length of 11.5 cm, casing in cast aluminum and colored sheath in ox leather with edge protection. The blade is made of stainless steel Sandvik 12C27 and the shaft of oiled American root nut. Brusletto Tiur is excellent for cutting bread, sausages, cutting into sausage skewers or anything else you need a knife for when you are out in nature. The knife is delivered in a gift box.
