The handle of the knife has a really good grip through the cork and the flexibility of the rubber insert that allows you to use the knife with ease even when it is wet. The handle is stabilised by Norwegian birch which also adds a stylish finish. The blade is made from 440C stainless steel and with the blade's taper and thin design, the knife is great for filleting fish. With its loop in the butt part of the handle, you also have the option to attach a strap and customize the knife to your liking.
