We tie the whole shebang together with Braided Backing from VATN. This fly fishing set works equally well for fishing in cold water for sea trout as it does for warmer fishing when you're on the go.

Vision Meri Fly Rod

Vision Meri fly rods are specifically targeted for coastal fishing. From the cold waters of the Baltic Sea to the tropics. The rods are powerful with a fast recovery rate, making them a joy to cast in tough conditions.

Guideline Favo Fly Reel

The drag is smooth, precise, and well tested over the years. It performs incredibly well despite not being enclosed. If you're fishing in saltwater, normal maintenance is recommended.

Guideline Coastal Evolve Fly Line

The Guideline Coastal Evolve fly line is a clear and improved upgrade from the very popular predecessor.
Coastal Evolve has slightly more mass in the front part of the head to easily turn over flies in hard wind, which is not uncommon in coastal fishing. This shape of the head also makes it easier to cast oversized, bulky, or large flies.

You can choose between Floating, Slow Intermediate, and Fast Intermediate density.
